This Sauvignon Blanc was whole cluster pressed and cold fermented in a stainless-steel tank for six weeks, which resulted in an exceptionally aromatic wine with citrus notes and an elegant minerality.
This wine is estate grown and bottled by the Di Arie family and created in partnership with award winning winemaker Chaim Gur-Arieh.
